Ingredients: 

🌿 Marjoram: grown for thousands of years marjoram contains antioxidants to help prevent cell damage and reduce inflammation. Marjoram has been historically used to prevent Kenny issues, and has demonstrated anti microbial properties. 

🌿 Cats Claw: Named for its claw-like appearance, this tropical vine can help to regulate the immune system, and reduce joint pain. Cats claw is primarily an anti-inflammatory that contains powerful compounds to promote overall health. 

🌿 Comfrey Root: A long-used ingredient in traditional medicine, comfrey root promotes cell growth and regeneration and aids in pain relief

🌿 Fennel seed: A multi use ingredient fennel seed is a powerful source of fiber, containing anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, benefitting kidney health. 

🌿 Uva Ursi: commonly used in traditional medicine, uva ursi has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic qualities, and often recommended to treat constipation and kidney stones. 

🌿 Hydrangea root: a root, traditionally used in herbal medicine to protect the kidney from inflammation and cell death. 

🌿 Gravel Root: An Herb, native to the Eastern Us, often used in remedies as an anti-inflammatory to battle kidney stones

🌿Marshmallow Root: An ingredient found in al manner of natural remedies, for several thousand years. It’s typically effective for reducing irritation and inflammation, as well as promoting healthy bacteria.

Directions:

• Before bed, soak 3 tbsp of the herbs in 2 cups of water. Cover and leave overnight.

• In the morning, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.

• Strain and drink in sips throughout the day, at least one hour after eating.
