Ingredients:

🌿 Comfrey Root: A long-used ingredient in traditional medicine, comfrey root promotes cell growth and regeneration and aids in pain relief
🌿 Fennel seed: A multi use ingredient fennel seed is a powerful source of fiber, containing anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, benefitting kidney health.
🌿 Uva Ursi: commonly used in traditional medicine, uva ursi has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic qualities, and often recommended to treat constipation and kidney stones.
🌿 Hydrangea root: a root, traditionally used in herbal medicine to protect the kidney from inflammation and cell death.
🌿 Gravel Root: An Herb, native to the Eastern Us, often used in remedies as an anti-inflammatory to battle kidney stones

Directions:
• Before bed, soak 3 tbsp of the herbs in 2 cups of water. Cover and leave overnight.
• In the morning, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
• Strain and drink in sips throughout the day, at least one hour after eating.
